Experience in providing System Engineering Support for the development of requirements specifically for an Oracle Application Development Framework Self Service Application.

Education Preferred: Software and IT systems administration skills spanning Main Frame, Mid Range and Linux platforms.

Three (3) years experience familiar with Oracle cloud infrastructure and technology concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Experience with installing and configuring Oracle products on Oracle Linux platform and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux platform.

Familiar with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premises Mainframe/Windows/Linux environments.

Requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or engineering field.

Collaborate with Project Manager to provide customer project updates per the interval committed to the customer

Collaborate with your assigned Project Manager to prepare partners and their team members for changes created by your assigned projects

Ensure the Project Manager schedules and facilitates the formal transition meeting to the support team

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or project SOW development

Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of experience in a professional setting (Systems Engineering, IT project scoping and implementation, PC repair/support)
