Experience in enterprise level Windows Server operating environments, including Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SharePoint, Exchange services

TCP/IP and Microsoft Networking concepts

Windows and Unix/Linux interoperability services (e.g. centralized authentication technologies for cross-platform clients)

Ensure key metrics are codified and surfaced throughout all platforms to drive data-sharing and collaboration with management

Work closely with leadership to understand existing pain points, advocate for system scalability, and then prioritize and manage projects end-to-end

5+ years systems administration experience within a hyper-growth environment

Adept at growing and streamlining systems functions (startup experience is a major advantage)

Experience with SaaS applications (Zendesk, Talkdesk, Looker, Twilio, Agyle Time, Salesforce)

2+ years of Windows server administration experience/concepts/knowledge.

2+ years of increasing responsibilities in software development and/or software operations and maintenance.

Understanding and working knowledge of basic Internet protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, SOAP, SSL, and TLS.

2+ years of experience in the design, implementation, and operations and maintenance support of client/server applications with an underlying database.

Scripting experience with PowerShell, SQL, Perl, Bash, Python, VBA or other scripting languages.

General database knowledge with some specific knowledge in Microsoft SQL and Oracle

Design and implement automated monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions.

Define hardware standards, maintain inventory, and asset configuration documentation and management.

BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 1–3 years experience as an IT Support, IT Admin (Network, System, Cloud, etc.), or similar roles.

Demonstrated experience working with cloud infrastructure (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure).

Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant IT systems and applications.

Develops and documents technical requirements for projects/enhancements.

Performs shell and kernel-level programming and system-specific requirements.

Minimum 2-3 years’ Systems Admin experience.

Knowledge of at least one Web Server like Apache or http server.

Strong knowledge of Costco Administration and Program Administration.

Shell Scripting and knowledge of Linux.

Develops and documents technical requirements for projects/enhancements.
