Manage existing remote IT Help Desk team while building an internal knowledgebase for future growth
Define and create knowledgebase to centralize technical requirements
Experience in Technology infrastructure, such as Network, Monitoring, Systems, Databases, etc.
Experience with Windows and Mac Operating systems, Network and VPN systems, M365 admin, and active directory is preferred
Must have BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, cyber security, or related fields.

Overview IT Systems Analysts are responsible for analyzing, designing, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
