ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & JOB DUTIES:

Attend mandatory trainings, professional meetings, and educational conferences, as required

Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh computer systems.

Knowledge of various client imaging technologies for Mac OS and Windows-based computers.

Knowledge of network printer configuration and support.

Bachelor s degree in related field, completion of related IT program or equivalent experience

Strong communication skills, service-oriented and responsive

Ability to assist users with various technological skill levels

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and systems procedures
