Quality Assurance Technician Syrup (2Nd Shift)

Prepare and handle raw materials and finished goods in compliance with quality standards and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred
1-3 year of general work experience required.
Prior food production operation experience preferred.
Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.
Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Understand, monitor, and act according to FDA-FSMA regulatory requirements
1+ years of manufacturing experience with mixing experience in the food or beverage industry preferred
Strong math and reasoning skills with basic computer skills
Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by following all required Quality, Environment, Safety, and Food Safety work instructions
Understand and follow all departmental written procedures for mixing syrup, sanitizing equipment, calibrating sensors, and handling ingredients
Accurately record and retain all records of mixing and sanitizing
