Ensures that each product can be effectively marketed and meets all compliance/risk management requirements.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in product development or product management.

Manages existing product portfolio to ensure the Bank continues to deliver on expectations throughout customer lifecycle; provides continual value to clients.

Minimum of 10 years of work experience in commercial banking.

Experience in a B2B industry preferred.

Experience building and implementing new banking products and solutions.

10+ years of experience in deposit risk management or equivalent

Track and report on initiatives, performance results, emerging trends and opportunities to senior management

Lead and develop a team of risk analysts and manage complex/critical deposit exposures

Manage risk levels for the entire deposit spectrum, across multiple products and retail formats consistent with program financial goals

SAS expertise required, Tableau experience required

Proven negotiation skills often used at a senior level

Establishing a strategy for sales, news and promotion to maximize ratings and revenue.

Establishing systems for effective communications within the staff.

Setting goals for each department and communicating progress.

Ensuring all systems are in place for maximum efficiency for the work force and expenditure of money.

Interacting with the local community to see that our news and programming reflects the needs and interests of our residents.

Communicating with FTS home office on a regular basis regarding business strategies and budget analyses.
