Project management and PPT experience

Other knowledge of and experience with, ESG related issues helpful

Strong understanding of science-based targets and CDP Climate, TCFD and ideally knowledge of sustainability reporting including GRI, EcoVadis and SASB

Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent excel and PPT skills

Experience with construction lending, tax equity, PPAs, ESAs, and construction lending risk management.

·Relevant energy experience as professional engineer PE, architect or certification BEAP, BEMP, AEE, CEM, CEA, or ICP.

·Have 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a strong track record

·Building or engineering experience, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate integrated strategies for sustainability and resiliency;

·Feasibility analysis with cost & benefit analysis over a project life cycle to support decision-making

Outstanding leadership skills to build-out engineering team and strong communication skills through writing and presenting
