Surgical Neurophysiologist Training Program Jobs

Collaborate with management team to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and in compliance with the sales training strategy

Create and contribute to training efforts for development programs (e.g., Field Training Team, Leadership Development Program)

Other incidental duties: Create budget reports for project spend.

Operating Room (OR) experience preferred

Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Communicates monitoring information to the surgeon and the surgical team throughout the case

Identifies appropriate protocols and performs troubleshooting techniques to assure accurate data collection

Completes all required documentation and accurately prepares all IOM logs, files, and timely file uploads

Experience may be in but not limited to:

Surgical Services training program for RNs to become circulating nurses in the OR!

Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license.

Flexibility and adaptability in the ever-changing environment of the OR

High School Diploma or GED required.

All SpecialtyCare Surgical Neurophysiologists must obtain CNIM certification upon completion of the training program.

Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are essential.

You must relocate to your new market prior to the first day of training.

Explain test procedures to the patient and describe your role in the OR.

Prepare the patient for neurophysiological monitoring by applying stimulating and recording electrodes.

Advocate for the patient and monitor their nervous system by performing a variety of tests while the patient is undergoing surgery.
