3+ years of CPM Scheduling experience in Transportation, Industrial, Vertical Construction, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings

Review and report on construction project CPM schedules for multiple public and private clients

Develop and generate CPM schedules for public and private clients for design phase work as well as construction phase work.

Complete required training for CPM schedule review and creation.

Work with in-house engineers to generate, review, and/or oversee project design schedules for multiple public clients.

Demonstrating strong communication skills to develop and/or build rapport with the patients.

Reviewing, in taking, triaging, and scheduling patients for appropriate services depending on outcomes found during questions and/or surveys.P

Providing patients with the best options for their healthcare needs.

Working closely with other Procedural Schedulers on the close-knit team and departmental Nurse Navigator.

Performing all duties respectfully and maintaining confidentiality of our patients.

Strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of workload whilst ensuring maximum quality

Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ corporate travel experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent Customer service skills in a travel environment

Fares & Ticketing knowledge – including RTW and complex fares

Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills preferred.

Ability to perform a wide variety of clinical skills as related to ambulatory patient care preferred.

Ability to problem-solve preferred. Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills preferred.

EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience preferred.

Professionally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA/CMA),

education and training, the health system has trained nearly 40% of physicians currently practicing

Facilitate and help to manage potential call outs with current processes in place.

Coordinate with Finance, data, and other departments on rainy-day, shift, and payment reconciliation; generate reports as needed.

2+ years experience in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage start-up environment.

Vet technician/animal healthcare industry experience a plus

Excellent communication & organizational skills.

Compensation: $23-$28 hourly (based on SF Bay Area); commensurate with experience and location

Monitor and analyze Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and other tools to identify security issues for remediation.

Exceptional working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and the OSI model.

In-depth knowledge of the Intelligence-driven defense utilizing the Cyber Kill Chain (CKC).

Significant experience with packet and malware analysis.

Strong customer service skills and decision-making skills.

Experience creating actionable content for various commercial security tools and/or SIEM technologies.
