This includes overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all laboratory procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols, and providing technical guidance and support to laboratory personnel. The Supervisor of Histology is also responsible for the maintenance of laboratory equipment, the ordering of laboratory supplies, and the training of new personnel.
