A minimum of one (1) year experience performing desktop specialist duties

Technical certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+, A+, or equivalent is required within one (1) year of employment.

Experience with on call support after hours and on weekends

Experience with vendor relations such as getting quotes, investigating discrepancies in billings and maintaining inventory

Assist with installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining PC hardware and software.

Experience working with a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool--preferred

Associate degree or equivalent work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience

One year of related work experience in customer service and/or in information technology systems support

Prior work experience in healthcare environment and/or EMR--preferred

Facilitate user access through AzureAD and Office 365 portals and perform software license management.

Populate and maintain the knowledge base of known issues and solutions as well as common learnings.

Ensure tickets are escalated when necessary to the appropriate teams.

Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements for existing products.

Deploy new & rebuild existing computers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, storage, etc. in accordance with Volpara standards.

Maintain all operational documentation in accordance with Volpara processes and best practice.

Compensation is $45-55k per year.

Valid driver�s license and vehicle are required for this position as it requires onsite client support.
