You'll contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency and empower self-service.

You maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.

Previous experience in providing IT support or related technical roles, a plus.

Familiarity with the SaaS industry and remote work environments.

Education in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience with any Identity and access management platforms

Document, and implement test cases for assessments, based on requirements

General knowledge of Information Technology practices

Strong analytical skills and ability to extrapolate information from business partners

This internship opportunity will begin Summer 2023

20 hours/week during the semester work dedication and 40 hours/week during summer and breaks
