Support Application Analyst Jobs

Knowledge of and skill in the installation and maintenance of information technology hardware and software, including server administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including lateral thinking and the ability to use several techniques and approaches when finding solutions.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and features

Experience supporting cloud storage solutions (e.g., Box, Dropbox, OneDrive)

Experience supporting enterprise meeting solutions (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)

Following escalation procedures for incident and problem management.

End to end management of specific projects

Creating and management issus and incident tickets

Sharing knowledge within the team to ensure 24/6 global support.

Demonstrating effective customer service skills in communication

Minimum 3 years’ experience within an application support role
