Supply Operations Analyst Jobs

Open communication with management and company leadership

Serve as an incident manager for high-impact outages and product issues.

Experience in data and analytics a must

Significant experience creating and managing metrics dashboards.

Experience with data visualization tools, with Amplitude and/or Datadog preferred.

Experience leading investigations into product outages and incidents response.

Manage a team of Supervisors and Agents to run a system for order fulfillment (Pros, Drivers, Carriers, and 3rd party Movers)

Demonstrated experience using tools such as Google Sheets and SQL to build and iterate on tools that address key business needs

Experience managing a team of hourly Supervisors and Associates to financial and operational metrics

Optimize assignment and fulfillment including scheduling, route planning, and delivery efficiency

Create and implement process improvements to daily fulfillment operations

1+ year of professional working experience

Experience with ERP systems preferred

Act as the expert for assigned product categories

Create presentations that outline the logistics strategy for internal stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations

Manage the information flow to Buyers/Allocations & Global Merchandising.

Review pertinent details/feedback with Manager in an effort to gain resolution on delays that impact on-time delivery.

Manage the information flow between Production and the Distribution channels. Keep the Distribution channels informed on product availability and production issues.

Knowledge of, SAP, ecVision, JDA Planning System & Microstrategy preferred or relative planning system.

Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
