Supply And Demand Planning Manager Jobs in Arkansas

Denver/Hybrid is preferred; US remote candidates with strong experience may be considered.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Commercial Planning teams to build the consensus demand plan through the S&OP process.

Monitor and manage inventory levels across all brands.

Anticipate supply problems and implement resolution, manage inventory trend projections, and provide clear scheduling direction.

Monitor accuracy of PO’s– pricing and date requirements.

7+ years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain

10+ years e-commerce analytical, planning, and inventory management experience, preferably managing thousands of SKUs

Prior experience leading transformation initiatives in change management and S&OP

Strong organizational and time management skills

Lead team responsible for inventory management

Conduct regular Demand Review Meetings with key stakeholders from the Global Merchandising, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care teams

Manage and mentor team responsible for projecting demand for two business units with multiple sales channels

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management

• Deep knowledge of all materials- related processes for supply chain management, inventory and materials management

• Experienced with ERP Systems data analysis, KPI management of metrics and associated corrective action planning

• Experience in the S&OP process for an organization

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Independently analyze and interpret trends and variations from expectations and provide key insights and interpretations to manager

Generate supply plan and purchase plan requirements that align with demand forecast, leadtimes, and supplier capacity

3 – 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and competency using ERP systems and forecasting software (Forecast Pro and NetSuite are a plus)
