Detailed Job Description The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative will also work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of customer service experience
