Project management skills to build, manage, and meet effective procurement schedules

Strategic sourcing / category management experience

Identify the best contract approach, pricing model, and category management governance

You will administer and lead post-award supplier management/administration, including SRM, continuous improvement / transformation /innovation as required

You will complete formal market analysis to investigate market behaviors, trends and influences on the category requirement

Staff II - 1 or more years of relevant experience

Drafts routine legal documents under the direct supervision of an attorney or Paralegal Manager.

Entry-level experience in a law firm, health care system or corporate legal department required.

Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills preferred.

Maintains expertise and advises appropriate department members regarding legal developments within areas of expertise.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels, internally and externally.

In consultation with assigned attorneys, provide timely responses to requests for legal advice for assigned area.

At least 3 years’ legal or contract management experience or 6 years with a Master's Degree.

Provide regular training for Eaton’s Supply Chain professionals on defined contractual concept and contract management processes.

Drafting contract wording as needed and provide legal guidance to colleagues for our different business requirements.

Good knowledge of general Commercial Law

Experience with Indirect and Direct procurement

Experienced negotiator and comfortable in negotiations.
