Supply Chain Category Lead Jobs

Establish, facilitate, and support cross-functional category management teams to develop and maintain category plans and performance.

Strong background in category management and strategic sourcing practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.

3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain.

Proven experience managing large supplier agreements.

Certified Procurement Manager (CPM) preferred.

3+ years’ experience in related fields for Category Managers (CPG Preferred)

Experience with retailer POS data necessary; shopper/loyalty card data desired 

Experienced with volume decomposition methodology 

Strong presentation skills to retail buyers

Develop customer-facing category presentations complete with actionable recommendations;

Present consumer, shopper and category insights in a comfortable, positive, influential manner

Hand on experience in Supply Chain management.

Implementing and managing supplier performance management processes with strategic suppliers.

Category experience is a must and will travel and go into the office 3 days a week.

Provide support to the Internal Combustion Engines global category from our client's North American base in New Iberia, Louisiana.
