[Execute quality inspection schedules on a daily, weekly, and structural basis. ]{alegreya="" sans\"\"=""}

[Oversees audits of local and domestic suppliers, as necessary. ]{alegreya="" sans\"\"=""}

[Support the company Recall and Food Defense Program. Conducts mock recalls/traceability exercises as requested. ]{alegreya="" sans\"\"=""}

Strong leadership and management skills.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ensure adherence to inspection requirements and customer specifications.

Manages HACCP assessments and reassessments. Composes and edits HACCP plans and strategies for new products. Manage HACCP records and file maintenance.

Assist in executing Vendor Qualification Program to ensure suppliers and raw materials are in compliance with internal specifications.

Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

Minimum of three (3) years of related quality experience or similar expertise

One (1) year of leadership experience

Five (5) years of supervisor experience in previous Quality Assurance program (preferably in call center environment)

Proven coaching and mentoring skills
