The Supervisor Entertainment Events is responsible for the successful planning and execution of entertainment events. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. The Supervisor Entertainment Events must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think on their feet and problem solve. The Supervisor Entertainment Events will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and executing event plans
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure all necessary supplies and services are provided
• Managing budgets and ensuring that all costs are within budget
• Ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event
• Working with staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed
• Working with the marketing team to promote the event
