Supervisor Corporate Claims Admin Jobs in Arkansas

Manages claims staff with responsibilities including time clock management and attendance, coaching and development.

3+ years of relevant experience (Pet product knowledge a plus)

Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop a team

Provides daily direction and communication to team members to ensure the department is performing optimally

Handles policyholder escalations relating to claims

Recommends and implements process improvement strategies

3+ years previous supervisory or management experience required; healthcare, customer service and/or business to business collection experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with technology; experience with google apps and customer relationship management software ideal

Handle a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You need good judgement to appropriately manage your responsibilities.

Meet with each of your direct reports, assess their capabilities, understand their motivators and report back to your leadership team

Demonstrate knowledge of teams performance via KPIs

Demonstrate ability to use reporting software to manage day to day team activities

Manage payroll, timesheets, employee schedules and time off requests.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong knowledge of contracts, medical terminology, and claims processing and procedures

5+ years of advanced claims adjudication experience including facility, professional and ancillary claims.

Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks as required.

Organizational skills: ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
