Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sports management, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with diverse partners.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

7-10 years of experience in sports marketing, community relations, or related field.

Perform various styles of dance with precise execution.

Interact with fans in one on one and group environments.

Assist with in game promotions.

Able to learn and perform choreography quickly.

Maintain the physicality required to perform high endurance routines.

Maintain and keep uniforms clean and maintained for games and appearances.
