Summer 2023 Arizona Organizing Intern Jobs

Manage the development and discovery process from beginning to end in assigned workers’ compensation files

Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Act and relevant administrative procedures

Contemporaneously capture billable time to meet or exceed annual requirement while adhering to all individual client protocols and procedures

3+ years litigation support experience, workers’ compensation preferred

Draft and serve various pleadings to administrative offices and courts

Draft, process and file/send correspondence, various legal documents/forms, and settlement documents

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrate effective change management; able to serve as an organizational change agent.

Design and maintain effective systems for resource management in nursing.

Manage patient care processes such as care management/length of stay to ensure optimal revenue.

Utilize effective performance management in managing key areas of responsibility.

Ensure staff is clinically competent and trained on their role in patient safety, performance improvement, and risk management.

Manages and implements the camp’s health care plan and follow medical protocols.

Current Arizona RN license; and CPR certification.

Provides basic health care and emergency First Aid to campers and staff per physician’s medical protocol.

Administer camper and staff medications per established procedures.

Maintain and complete necessary records and reports.

Supervise sanitation and safety throughout the camp.

Highly organized orientation and time management skills required.

This is a remote position that can be home based anywhere in the state of Arizona.***

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience

Political issue or campaign organizing experience preferred.

Experience recruiting and engaging volunteers preferred.

Experience using Salesforce, Blackbaud Luminate, or similar tools a plus.

Lead the development of the Site Safety Management Plan

Provide support to the management team in all OH&S matters

Computer skills / System knowledge

Mining / Mineral Processing experience

5-10 years safety leadership experience

Promotion of Health & Safety across mining operation

Tuition reimbursement offered for LVN or LPN programs

Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills

Caregiver experience for people with dementia / Alzheimer's / memory impairment

$18.00/hour plus a great benefits package!

Client environments will vary from home to home and office to office.

·Complete client job tasks as requested by team members, including the owner of the company.

·Attend and participate in employee meetings as requested.

·Occasionally come to office in Redmond to get supplies for client.

·Respond thoughtfully to e-mail on a daily basis to team members, clients and founder.
