Provide leadership for the Finance Team which is organised between Management Accounting and Financial Accounting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate complex business ideas.

Functional leadership of the IT Team headed up by IT Manager providing support to the business.

Ensure greater control of finances and decisions through consistent and active involvement in business decisions.

Lead business financial agenda, organising the operating reviews.

Facilitate monthly review process of sales segments and margins, operations, sourcing and R&D, providing coordination and leadership within the team.

$32.38 per hour based on skillset and experience

Develop leadership skills, that will allow you to focus on new KNOWLEDGE and ability to adopt and implement those ideas

Minimum of a high school education or GED

1 year Manufacturing Maintenance experience in Industrial Maintenance or a Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering

Experience with fiber optics and other communication cabling installation
