Detailed Job Description The Substitute It User Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to Substitute It users. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical assistance. The Substitute It User Support Technician will also be responsible for creating and maintaining user accounts, as well as providing training and support to new users. Job Skills Required
