Prepare annual operating budget for all orchestra musicians and manage expenses within established operating plan.
A minimum of five years’ experience in the Entertainment industry with an extensive background in multiple music genres required.
Cruise industry experience both shipboard and/or shoreside are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Evaluate talent, originality, authenticity, fit for brand, production value and suitability for selected ships and demographics
Maintain Live Music schedules by ship and itinerary. Adjust schedules based on operational needs.
