Master of Science degree in Engineering may be substituted for one year experience.
Three (3) years of substation electrical engineering experience on renewable projects. Five years of experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge and proven experience creating the bill of materials as it relates to a substation
May be called upon to calculate ground grid requirements to IEEE standards using task-specific software
Strong knowledge of the major components of substations and the types of drawings required to construct an electrical substation

Project Execution Manager - Substation

Licensed professional engineer or project management professional certification preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years of consulting experience, preferably in substation engineering design and/or project management, consulting, or program management.
Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
Successful experience in project management including planning, design team coordination and communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.
Demonstrated experience in project management including design team coordination, communication, budgeting, schedule management, resource management, safety, quality, and client coordination.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including the use of EcoSys, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, and other data modeling systems.
