5+ years of experience in customer support including the video game industry, 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience with data driven approach to analyze and optimize customer support for multiple products

Infrastructure and Workflow Management: Support all aspects of the company's technology requirements, including operational support, infrastructure maintenance, and post-production workflows.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively are crucial.

Administrative Knowledge: Knowledge of administrative and financial management principles is beneficial.

Escalation Support: Provide escalation support for local and remote teams, as well as for screening, story, and approval rooms.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desired, preferably within a creative studio or animation environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect well with people; warm, approachable, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Background and education in audio engineering

Proficiency in Pro Tools and basic signal flow, with at least entry-level knowledge in audio engineering

Flexible schedule, as many sessions may be on call

Availability to work late hours

Discretion and the ability to maintain a private environment for artists

Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for music

Minimum of 1 year of experience in video production/post production or in a related field.

Experience with Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not necessary.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to always improve skills and who can work independently with limited supervision.

In-depth knowledge of OSX operating systems and Apple computers.

Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
