Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position):

This position offers an excellent benefit package including:

Two (2) years of experience working with at-risk students.

Knowledge of basic reading, writing, and math appropriate for age level of students required in English.

At least 48 hours of college credit, or associate’s degree, in a social service field of study.

Must be able to be trained to implement Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) within six (6) months of employment.

Mental Demands: high workflow management, high project coordination

Administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time

Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy

Perform data entry and data compilation from a variety of sources

Strong organizational and planning skills; Meet schedules and timelines

One year experience in a public school environment or public social services background

Organizational and time management skills

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience within student facing positions and/or higher education field

Manages and conducts outbound student contingency outreach in efforts to complete student admission files.

Manages, inputs, and tracks data for various end users (particularly in Excel)

Adheres to all internal, federal, Department of Education, and affiliate policies and procedures.
