Student Enrollment Services Specialist Jobs

Provides student information to authorized agencies, such as National Student Clearinghouse, requesting enrollment and degree certification or verification.

Maintains a working knowledge of all job-related modules in the Banner student database system, including document imaging.

Maintains up to date job knowledge.

Works cooperatively with students, high schools, and other higher educational institutions.

At least three years of experience working in an office setting performing clerical work required.

Demonstrated experience working with confidential records and information required.

Valid Florida teaching certificate or have applied to obtain a Florida teaching certificate required to include Exceptional Student Education certification preferred.

Model the routine, intentional and effective use of technology in daily work, including communications, organization and management tasks.

Master’s Degree from an accredited institution required, Ed. Leadership certification preferred.

Three (3) years of teaching experience required.

One (1) year coaching or teacher leader experience to include leading professional learning and using coaching competencies.

Provide professional development for parents, schools, teachers or staff related to Exceptional Student Education

Written and/or oral communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others

Maintain confidentiality of student records (in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).

Knowledge of district rules, policies and practices

Knowledge of Student Code of Conduct

Knowledge of all various college departments and degree programs

Knowledge of student information and network systems
