Structural Fabricator Jobs in Minnesota

Above average human relations skills.

Read, understand, and prepare bill of materials (BOM) to meet the required specifications from customer drawing.

Cut, weld and bend materials to specification as required and inspect each part/component for accuracy.

Fit, assemble, and inspect parts to ensure their accuracy, utilizing general shop measuring equipment, such as tape measure, calipers, and veneers.

Keep accurate and easy to read job notes and records of work performed and materials used to complete the job.

Read, understand, and adhere to all safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Computer Skills – experience with entering and retrieving data from a computer

Other manufacturing responsibilities as assigned.

General manufacturing assembly and fabrication experience is preferred

Experience with Process Standards – Demonstrated ability to read, understand and execute to written instruction

Adaptability – demonstrated flexibility to move to the work; adjusts to changes in work structure, processes and requirements
