Structural Cae Engineer Jobs in North Carolina

5+ years of structural engineering experience

· Strong communication skills and technical writing

· Use of finite elements on complex structures and use of application software in structural design.

· Planning review, layout and details of construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, field inspections and investigations.

· Cost estimating and technical writing.

· Development of project scopes, engineering budgets, and design schedules

Manages structural projects, along with the complete design of building systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber

7+ years of experience preferably in Structural Engineering

Experience with Building Structural Engineering AutoCAD and REVIT software

Experience with structural analysis software such as RAM Steel, RAM Elements and ENERCALC

Strong knowledge of mechanics of materials, steel, concrete, masonry and timber design desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
