We are looking for a Strategic Multinational Relationship Manager based in Alpharetta.

Manage and coordinate the Pool of Experts intervention and assist in the preparation of their report

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

15 years of civil engineering experience including 5 years of high-speed rail experience.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Minimum of 5-6 of years experience in project management, program management, consulting, strategy, or related area

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification

Lead the initiative to implement a change management process that will help roll out new programs/products

Build tactical and scalable solutions for operational teams to manage compliance tasks and risks

Influence across multiple levels and multiple responsibilities of an organization

Experience with managing strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams

4+ years experience in BSA/AML or Fraud related work, preferably in the payments space

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Strong investigative skills, including familiarity with public record research and database tools

Demonstrated transaction analysis skills that apply across numerous financial products in complex scenarios

Written communication skills that show focus to details and accuracy

Minimum 3 years of experience required in project management and data analysis with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.

Minimum 3 years’ experience, process reengineering, organizational design and/or change management experience preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Establishes effective professional business relationships with all levels of management.

Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or related field is required

5+ years of process industry experience required

IFRS knowledge is an advantage

Perform evaluations of business opportunities and support Regional and BU strategy development through analysis of financials, markets and technologies

Drive growth and investment-, profit improvement and business recovery programs

Prepare and organize strategy workshops, collaborating with GLT members to determine, prioritize and prepare discussion items and support materials

Report and escalate to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Masters Degree or previous consulting experience preferred

Excellent client-facing and internalcommunication skills
