Overview A Stormwater Inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring stormwater systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They are responsible for inspecting stormwater systems, collecting samples, and performing laboratory tests to ensure that stormwater is being managed properly. They also provide technical assistance to local governments and private entities to help them meet their stormwater management goals. Detailed Job Description A Stormwater Inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring stormwater systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They are responsible for inspecting stormwater systems, collecting samples, and performing laboratory tests to ensure that stormwater is being managed properly. They also provide technical assistance to local governments and private entities to help them meet their stormwater management goals. Stormwater Inspectors are responsible for identifying potential sources of pollution, conducting inspections of stormwater systems, and collecting samples for laboratory analysis. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal stormwater regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in stormwater management or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
