Nature Of Work
Streets and Stormwater:
Performs work for the procurement of materials to include coordination of times, dates, and location of materials delivery. Performs work to ensure materials are ordered from the current contract vendor and delivered at the contract price; and research lowest bid price from vendors when no contract exists. Performs work to include maintain optimum level of supplies and materials; inspections of maintenance shops and storage areas; tracking petroleum use for various City programs; maintain records both electronically and paper; and serving as Division property custodian.
Minimum Requirements
Streets and Stormwater:
Associate degree and two years administrative experience in warehousing, property control, and materials management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Computerized work order system and database experience desired. Valid Florida driver license required.
