Implement a variety of age and ability appropriate activities in environmental education programs, such as:

Ensure participants know and follow safety and educational procedures.

Maintain the environmental education and outdoor adventure equipment including curriculum and material

Inventory and restock environmental education and outdoor adventure equipment in a timely manner.

Delivery of designated outdoor education and recreational

Implement a variety of age and ability appropriate activities in the above-stated outdoor adventure programs,

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Experience in retail sales preferred.

Completes build-to’s for ordering/purchasing merchandise.

Maintains inventory by checking in delivery, pricing items, stocking merchandise according to schematic.

Prepares displays by assembling, dating and price marking in-store displays.

Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide

Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment

Reliable transportation required, and must meet the appropriate insurance requirements

Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers

Visit all assigned Ben E. Keith customer locations on a regular basis

Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves and displays

Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide

Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment

Reliable transportation required, and must meet the appropriate insurance requirements

3 years’ experience of P&L management

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

5+ years’ management or sales success in an Ag dealership environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to manage competing priorities

Proven ability to manage inventory to achieve acceptable ROI

Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide

Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
