Deposits inmate funds into the Inmate Cash Account pursuant to applicable regulations and in accordance with agency policies.

Makes accurate and timely entries intoinmate accounts to adjust for various deductions/withdrawals.

High school diploma or equivalent

Speak and understand the English language

Internal candidates must have successfully completed their probationary period

Or Technical Program Support Experience Preferred.

Administration of incoming and outgoing freight transactions, accurately completing Kalitta Maintenance receiving documents in accordance with established procedures.

Verifying quantities, part numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, and conditions of inbound and outbound shipments.

Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.

Driving of Comat truck to various company out stations

Must have a valid driver’s license.

High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable.

Coordinate directly with the customer management and employees, program management and employees, and outside vendors on all procurement requirements

Experience with automated inventory management software and/or processes

Provide electronic stock room management, consumables management and operational support for components and test equipment

Develop and maintain an inventory management system for multiple disciplines

Requires BS degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience. Work experience can be used/combined with education

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and work independently and on a team

Responsible for the accuracy and security of the Drop Box Count.

Count daily revenue form drop boxes.

Enter daily revenue into the computer to generate reports.

Balance revenue to computer reports.

Facilitate company strategies for MRO management.

Conduct entry in Computerized Maintenance Management System of stock disbursements.

Experience working with vendors and contractors is preferred.

Interpersonal and team skills to function as a team member and leader.

Organizational skills- be detail oriented- self-motivated and initiative.

Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies.
