Be an active member of SSGA’s senior-most Operating Group and Executive Management Group

Well-honed communications skills, with ability to articulate the value proposition of the firm’s products and capabilities succinctly to multiple audiences

Understanding and experience with SSGA’s business, investment capabilities and client base

Manage third-party partnerships, index, and other key service providers; coordinate and inform regulatory initiatives and oversee securities lending activities

Take primary responsibility for driving all of the above responsibilities specifically for SSGA’s SPDR ETF business globally

Manage to an agreed upon revenue and expense budget
