Overview Start Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all new employees have a successful onboarding experience. They are responsible for providing new employees with the necessary information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into their new role. Start Coordinators are also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for new employees. Detailed Job Description Start Coordinators are responsible for providing new employees with the necessary information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into their new role. This includes providing new employees with an orientation to the company, introducing them to the team, and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to be successful in their new role. Start Coordinators are also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for new employees. This includes providing new employees with a comfortable workspace, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and providing new employees with any additional resources they may need. Start Coordinator Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and procedures
• Knowledge of relevant software and applications
