Must have valid driver's license and be able to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Management Driver’s safety requirements.

Knowledge of and experience with designing, testing and fabricating components, devices, and other projects.

Completion of a Bachelor of Science in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Knowledge and experience of networking and computer operating systems is required.

Typically, 1-3 years’ experience in electronic trouble shooting.

Associate's degree in Human Services, Education or similar field

Experience working with at-promise youth in an after school or similar setting

Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education or similar field preferred

Trauma-informed training and or experience preferred

Offers of employment will be conditional based on the successful completion of a background check and verification of official College transcripts.

Experience within the racing industry or knowledge of the racing industry

Excellent communication skills including radio communication

Observe, monitor and assess track surface conditions.

Provide consistent information to drivers using racing flags and signals.

Observe competitors for driving behavior and their cars mechanical condition.

Help drivers and others in an incident.

Work with management on facilities work orders and supply orders.

Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management

Inform next level manager(s) about subordinate employees’ performance.

Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager or other Marketing team members to assist with overseeing visual merchandising and signage in the store.

Review weekly reporting with GM/AGM/MOD to ensure aging or expiring inventory is properly managed.

Manage and update the seed-to-sale inventory tracking control system and/or POS.

Logistics, Material Management or Supply Chain experience preferred.

Demonstrates strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including coworkers, management, carriers, supply chain and vendors.

Track and manage fleet car sign‐out at each respective BU location.

Three or more years experience in a business environment.

3 years of full-time experience in a related human service field

The required minimum qualifications for this position include:

Ensure and maintain proper shift coverage and scheduling needs of assigned sites.

Ensure NC licensure standards and Medicaid guidelines are followed.

Inform the Human Resources department of scheduling interruptions or needs.
