Staff Technical Program Manager Jobs in Missouri

6+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management

Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through clear and concise written and verbal communication

Partner with cross-functional leaders across SoFi to drive the strategy and execution of broad, horizontal technical initiatives

Own planning, execution, and communication of Platform initiatives to senior leaders from all areas of SoFi

Establish and implement processes and mechanisms that enable the Platform team to operate efficiently as our business scales

Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally within an engineering and technical discipline

· Experienced with controls, or risk management with both enterprise applications and developed software, including:

Distributed systems access management and service deployment

· Advise SAP and engineering teams on business and SOX requirements for financial data integrations to SAP

· Perform quarterly IT deficiency evaluations in coordination with Finance.

· Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX) and IT General Controls

· Knowledge of IT / Information Security risks and controls principles
