Staff Innovation Engineer Jobs

4 - 6 years of R&D and Operations Experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Prefer major in Chemical Engineering or Food Process Engineering.

Has had leadership experience in a big scale project.

Working knowledge in IIM and RCA (root cause analysis).

Process development and/or process deployment ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Leading project teams and influencing cross-functional teams

Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that align with Program Management strategy and goals.

BS degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent technical discipline with 5-10 years of experience that led to increasing levels of responsibilities.

Prior experience successfully working with multiple customers and/or stakeholders in parallel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative methodologies and tools and/or platforms that support strategic initiatives.

Assist with benchmarking activities, including the analysis of trends and report out of data systems.

Manage and direct processes and R&D to meet the needs of our AI strategy

Understand agency and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions

Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements

Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape

Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

Experience with ML, deep learning, NLP

7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on brand new product development or product incubation highly desired

Synthesize market trends, customer insights, and informed hypotheses into requirements for further research and experiments

Set learning goals, create and manage KPIs and metrics for tests and experiments

Partner cross-functionally to create and manage development plans for experiments and prototypes including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets

Solid business sense with basic abilities to size a market and quantify an opportunity with imperfect or incomplete information

Define and propose new areas of exploration for customer needs and potential solutions within identified strategic themes

BS in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience.

Expert level coding skills in at least one language, such as Python, Ruby, or Go.

8+ years building distributed & scalable software and systems.

The ability to drive the thought leadership program for all things in Public Cloud.

Quickly evaluate and prototype potential technical integrations to build consensus and executive buy-in.

Expert level understanding in some of the following: Service mesh (like Istio), container orchestration (like Kubernetes) etc.
