Detailed Job Description The Staff Charge Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising other nurses, and ensuring that the nursing staff is providing quality care to patients. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing patient care plans, and evaluating patient progress. They must also ensure that the nursing staff is following all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Staff Charge Nurse is responsible for providing education and training to other nurses, and for maintaining accurate patient records. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
