Higher Education experience in a plus.
Proven experience as a SQL Database Administrator, managing Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Hands-on experience with database migration projects, preferably from Microsoft SQL Server to another platform (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
