Sport Coordinator Basketball Jobs

Knowledge of Club Sport management and travel processes

Oversee club sport risk management plans through safety training, event-tracking reports, driver safety courses, and management of Campus Recreation transportation vehicles.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manages any team and/or player disciplinary matters and, as appropriate, in coordination with the Dean of Students Office.

At least one year of related professional experience preferably at a college or university.

Experience hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating student employees.

Exceptional time management skills; proven track record to meet deadlines

Manage, maintain, and edit scouting software (presently Hawkeye Scouting).

Other duties as needed as assigned by manager.

Bachelor’s degree from a credited four year college or university or five years related work experience.

Interpersonal skills – ability to maintain confidentiality, listens to others, and willing to try new ideas

Master's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation Administration, Sports Management, or related field.

Experience using WhentoWork scheduling software and IMLeagues Intramural Sports league management software.

Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience

Excellent written and verbal skills and working experience developing and delivering presentations to groups.

Basic knowledge of and experience administering Esport programs.

Working experience (typically 1 or more years) in recreational sport programming including officiating; and the hiring, training, and development of officials.

Responsible for day-to-day data management within multiple systems. This includes entering and editing product data across multiple seasons

0-2 years of experience with data entry

Manages sample ordering, product hangtags, and packaging for respective product categories

Manages the approval process for all seasonal product imagery

Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required

Ability to handle high-volume work and manage multiple tasks
