Qa Specialist – 2Nd Shift Jobs

Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management/hospital customer relations/logistics.

Progressive experience in a dynamic, multi-task operational environment.

3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, 5 days per week (must be willing to work weekends)

On-call 3-4 times per year

Rotate 3 working Holidays per year

Investigate and resolve hospital shipment problems.

Seek opportunities to improve processes to enhance quality and share those ideas with the Quality Manager.

Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI principles

Knowledge of GMP’s and quality systems

Basic math skills, including competency with weights and measures (must be able to take/record measurements and understand tare weight)

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office & ERP systems)

Responsible for all Quality lab activities. This includes the analysis of all finished product and sensory analysis.

Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access, or equivalent software packages

Manages the company’s production documentation folders and files.

Complies with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and training requirements focusing on customer service, production, and quality.

Experience in a Quality Assurance role within the medical device, biotech, GMP regulated environment or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time, problem solve, and work as part of a team are crucial

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11, ISO 17025, or EXCiPACT standard is preferred
