Complete requests in multiple HR systems, retrieve answers from various sources and document requests in the Case Management System

Experience in call center or service center environment

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to convey information in a manner that is compelling and convincing

Manage multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously without loss of composure while continuing to fulfill other job-related tasks

Experience using time management systems and/or HR systems with time/payroll modules

Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with experience presenting to large groups

Delta’s Policy and Time and Attendance system knowledge and experience

Evaluate outcomes of training and improve/update content as needed based on changing business requirements and/or employee feedback

Ensure all training is managed or delivered in a consistent and timely manner

Data entry/maintenance of employee data in client HRIS and payroll systems

Composing offer letters and ensuring completion of all applicable employment documents and new hire forms

Minimum of three (3) years of recent HR experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, priorities, and interruptions

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, compensation, benefits, employee relations and employment law.

Assist with maintaining accurate records of active job openings and received applications, managers internal and external job postings.

Conducts or acquires completed background checks and employment eligibility certifications.

Three to five years of relevant work experience in human resources, marketing support, project coordination, or other professional work experience.

Ability to work independently and utilize problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills.

2+ years of proven experience in project/program management or M&A, 4+ years of overall HR experience.

Change management and communications experience

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.

Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly

Experience partnering with a wide network of clients across Human Resources globally to deliver effective business solutions
