Specialist I Food Safety Jobs in Utah

Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to the Safety & Environmental Management System(s) on all related procedures and programs.

Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Nestle Management System on all related procedures and programs.

Manage changes to MES Material Compatibility regarding allergens/Kosher/Organic and GMOs.

Directly involved with Kosher and Organic Programs, associated audits, implementation of program requirements and evaluating new recipes/ingredients.

Implement and adjust CCP/OPRP parameters to align with process authority requirements and/or PTC Model HACCP Requirements.

HACCP experience (experience with conducting a hazard analysis)

Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

1 year of experience in a manufacturing site managing quality and food safety management systems

Knowledge of food safety risk, identification and management, HACCP and prerequisite controls

Negotiation and problem-solving skills with all levels of staff including senior management

3 years of experience in a manufacturing site managing quality and food safety management systems

Management of site micro risk mitigation dashboard KPI, partnering with BU Micro Manager.
