Overview A Special Prosecutor is a lawyer appointed by a government agency to investigate and prosecute criminal cases that involve public officials or government employees. The Special Prosecutor is typically appointed by the Attorney General or other government official to investigate and prosecute cases that involve public officials or government employees. Detailed Job Description A Special Prosecutor is responsible for conducting investigations into criminal activities involving public officials or government employees. The Special Prosecutor will review evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare legal documents. The Special Prosecutor will also represent the government in court proceedings. The Special Prosecutor will also be responsible for making recommendations to the Attorney General or other government official regarding the prosecution of criminal cases. Job Skills Required
