Supporting vendor management of suppliers

Providing knowledge and guidance to clients and relocators during their relocation process

Previous experience managing and coordinating international relocations

Strong knowledge of the relocation and household goods moving process

Strong organisation and communication skills

Coordinating bespoke relocation and global mobility services from start to finish

Provides on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting between Government representatives and low English proficiency individuals as required.

Possess one (1) year of experience interpreting in a judicial environment.

Experience providing interpretation for Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) court cases.

Provides consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Spanish Languages and English and vice versa.

Provides quality control review of translated documents as required.

Performs other duties as required.

Candidates for this post provide interpretation into Spanish of speeches or statements given in English and French.

Routinely functions as team leader of all interpreters assigned to a given meeting.

May instruct and advise interpreter trainees.

May function as Programming Officer.

May perform other related duties, as required.

Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.

Reports daily to management any incidents for problem solving, educational needs or any other improvement opportunities for the Special Needs Program.

Knowledgeable of medical terminology, ethics of interpretation, cultural issues and special needs populations.

Provides interpretation as requested throughout the Hospital. Provides translations of significant Hospial consent forms. Instructions and other documents as requested.

Documents all interpretation services on the "Interpreter Assistance Form" form from which must be made part of the Patients Medical Record.

Performs related duties, as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
